Kids Classes

Elementary and Middle School Yoga Classes - A great way for your child to unwind and relieve some energy in a non-competitive and nurturing environment. They will play fun and challenging games, learn simple partner poses, engage in arts and crafts, as well as learn the skills and techniques for self-calming and stress relief. This class provides a fun-filled way to cultivate self-esteem and body awareness. Our goal is to develop strong minds and bodies while teaching students to release tension and relax. This is a social and emotional wellness growth tool designed by certified professionals.

Elementary Kids Yoga CLASS, Ages 5-11/Grades K-5

These series run for four weeks on Thursday evenings from 5-5:45 PM. The cost is $55 per four weeks. Parents and children must commit to the entire four weeks and at least five students must be registered to hold the series.

Middle School Yoga SERIES, Ages 11-13/Grades 6-8

Strength & Stretch for Athletes - This series will complement the youth athlete’s current involvement in sports. We will focus on proper movement mechanics in agility, light strength training, and stretching.

At the end of this series, our youth athletes will have a better understanding of the importance of proper body mechanics and utilization of their growing minds and bodies!

Kids Flexibility Training - This class designed for youth athletes will help to build upon and maintain the range of motion created during the season throughout the summer. This class will focus on stretching techniques specifically for creating long-term flexibility and is best suited for cheerleaders, dancers, and gymnasts, but all athletes are welcome.

Summer Camps

Elementary Summer Camp - Summer camp warriors will have fun learning mindfulness techniques, playing games, producing arts & crafts, having story-time and guided meditations, doing service projects, and taking short trips to visit our neighbors on Main Street. Campers will learn various yoga poses through formal instruction and playful activities while moving their bodies and building strength and flexibility. Throughout the week, students will focus on learning how to be good to themselves, their friends, and the environment through fundamental yoga principles.  This camp is designed for kids in the 6-11 age group and rising kindergarteners are welcome.

Tween/Teen Summer Camp -  Students will experience daily peak postures, games, group projects, community service, and guided meditations. Campers will learn various yoga poses through formal instruction and activities while moving their bodies and building strength and flexibility. Throughout the week, students will focus on learning how to be good to themselves, their friends, and the environment through yoga principles. This camp is designed for kids in middle and high school age group and rising middle schoolers are welcome.

Elementary and Tween/Teen Summer Camp Terms and Conditions:

This registration is for a 3-hour session, either 9-12 or 1-4 depending on the dates offered. Cost is $225 per 3-hour session for Elementary and Tween/Teen regular sessions.

Please register for the full day (two 3 hour sessions) separately, if applicable. If you plan to do both sessions, ask for the ALL DAY discount code before registering. And please also ask for the SIBLING discount code if you have more than one child. Please reach out to info@fit2shinestudio.com if you intend to use both. Mindbody will only accept one promo code.

If you're registered for both sessions/full day, the lunch hour in between is included.

We reserve the right to swap out qualified instructors at any time for a single session or the entire week if necessary.

Minimum of six (6) students is required in order to hold the session. We will notify parents ahead of time if it is looking like a session may not fill. A decision will be made at least 5 days in advance.
