custom massage in new market, md

At Fit2Shine Studio, we believe healing happens when movement meets intentional care. Cat Copeland-Carr brings this philosophy to life through fully customized massage therapy designed around your needs, your body, and your purpose.

No two bodies, or journeys, are the same. Cat takes time to understand what you're working through, whether that's chronic tension, stress patterns, recovery support, or simply reclaiming rest in your own skin. Each session is tailored specifically to you, drawing from multiple modalities to meet you exactly where you are.

Your purpose. Our mission.

This isn't cookie-cutter bodywork. It's therapeutic care rooted in the same trauma-informed, whole-person approach that shapes everything we do at Fit2Shine Studio.

Cat creates a safe, intentional space where your body can release, restore, and reconnect.
