Avoiding the Food Frenzy- Flex Friday Event

No one tells you that as an adult you will have to think about and prepare three meals a day (at least) every week for the rest of your life. It's HARD! During this evening workshop, we'll gather to 1. Hear each other. Confirm that, yes, it IS hard to expend energy, time, and money on preparing every single meal, especially for a family, each day forever. 2. Talk about how we manage it and share some ideas. 3. Share our favorite easy recipes that make our lives easier. Yes, you may BRING that meal. It'll be a pot luck, but please...don't feel obligated if that brings you ANY stress. Just come and enjoy!
