Kelly will introduce you to Spinning in an educational, encouraging, and inspirational environment.
Our CYCLE class is a heart-pumping, energy-filled cycling workout that is equal parts cardio and strength. This beginner class will spend extra time on learning how to set up your bike, appropriate form, and about 20 minutes of riding. It will prepare you to head into any of our 45 minute classes with all the tools to succeed.
Register on MINDBODY or the Fit2Shine Studio app. There are only eight bikes available so sign up quickly. Cost is $20 for a drop-in or purchase a two-week try for $35 and you'll be able to come unlimited for two weeks!
