In this workshop, led by Melissa Perlman, she will teach you how to use the wall as a resource to enhance your yoga practice. You will explore alignment and the intended feeling in your body for each shape.
You will work through a variety of postures using the wall to support you, whether in an active yoga practice or a deeper yin practice that helps with stretching and increasing flexibility. The wall can be a tool in all styles of yoga.
This class is a workshop style class and hands-on assistance will be offered with permission from the participants.
