Roll With a Purpose

Many of the everyday athletes we see participating in activities like running, cycling, strength training, or yoga experience tightness that creates a ton of pain they have no idea how to deal with. Many times, we stop exercising, which can create even worse pain from remaining stagnant. It can be a vicious cycle.

Foam-rolling or using balls in a technique called self-myofascial release can be powerful to get rid of pain and when used properly, can become a maintenance tool that allows you to live an active, pain-free life!
