Kelly
Kelly loves humans and is passionate about helping people achieve their goals, whether that’s on the bike or the mat. She teaches CYCLE, Yoga, and Strength classes and particularly loves the little yogis in kids yoga. She will likely offer a silly quip while also making you work harder than you want to. Robin
Robin is a force to be reckoned with as both a pilates instructors and NSCA strength coach. She teaches functional strength and mat pilates and with her simple and soft spoken cues, somehow gets you to push to that next rep even when it burns. She knows her stuff and programs a great class. When she’s not on the mat, she’s putting that strength to good use in soccer games.
