Join Melissa to learn about your spine’s anatomy, the best poses to help keep your aches and pains at bay, how to avoid back pain, and how to deal with the pain if you have it. Learn about healthy movements and posture to help support and stabilize your spine throughout the day. We will explore positions that place increased stress on your back and how you can reduce that stress. This is an interactive workshop where we will be learning and flowing at the same time.
