Using heart rate zones for training has many benefits, including optimizing the body's oxygen intake to fuel energy, increasing the burning of fat as a source of energy, and learning how to recover faster and in a healthy manner. Finding your personal heart rate zone can be a little trickier. Many of us rely on a standard formula that isn't always accurate for our bodies and fitness levels. In this 90 minute workshop, Kristina will help you figure out what your personal true max and min heart rate is so that you can work at your own personal peak. There will be about 45 minutes of work and 45 minutes of prep and conversation around how to use the information you learn. Cost is $30.
