If you have stiffness, limited mobility, or aches and pains, then this is the workshop for you! You will be guided through self-myofascial techniques, Yin and Restorative postures to help ease and eliminate pain, dramatically increase mobility, and leave you feeling refreshed, and recharged. We will use therapy balls, blocks, straps, bolsters and blankets to explore various techniques to manipulate your muscles and fascia and restore the body and mind. You will leave feeling balanced, empowered, refreshed, and relaxed to better live the life you love!
