Join us for prenatal yoga with Erica Rai Chesnik on Mondays from 5:15-6:15. Erica's Prenatal series is designed to strengthen the body and mind to to support pregnancy, postpartum, and prepare for birth. This class was designed for all levels of yoga.
Erica has been practicing yoga for over 14 years and began her teaching journey in 2013. She is a 500 hour RYT and a skilled Certified Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga Teacher.
