Join Carrie for this three-week series of restorative practices to help nourish the mind, body, and spirit. In these 90 minute sessions, you will be guided into the turn of the season with gentle mindful movement and pranayama (breathwork), to prepare the body for long held cozy restorative yoga poses. Be mindful about starting off the week with intentional rest that brings restoration for the body AND soul. Bloom into spring with restoration and relaxation!
