This series, running 1/18-2/8, will complement your athlete's current sport by focusing on proper movement mechanics in agility, light strength training, and stretching.
At the end of this series, our youth athletes will have a better understanding of the importance of proper body mechanics and how to mindfully use their growing bodies!
