Connect with the sounds of nature and ancient instruments as you relax and soak in a sound bath next to the lake as the sun sets. This sound healing under the stars event will give you an opportunity to rest and restore in community, but also with the peace of nature surrounding you.

On the lakeshore at Lake Linganore, Caroline will play from her Himalayan bowls, Indian Bellstick, Native American drum, gong, and more. As the sun sets behind the trees and the stars come out to play, we'll enjoy a sound bath and then each other's company.

Logistics:
Time: 8-9 PM (and hang out longer if you wish)

Please bring:
Blanket or chair to make yourself comfortable in the grass.

Location/parking: This class is open to students that don't live in Lake Linganore, but we will coordinate parking with you as a resident's guest. Parking instructions will be sent within 24 hours of the class.

Weather: If weather doesn't cooperate, we will reschedule.
