Your feet are the foundation to everything you do! Have tight hips? Wonky knees? Sore feet? Unstable balance?

In this 90 minute workshop, we will learn how the feet are a critical component of the way the entire body works together, learn how to create more movement in the feet with sensory stimulation, and learn basic tools for making your feet more aware of the world daily. When you leave, you will be empowered to take care of your feet on a daily basis armed with knowledge, techniques, and even tools.

You will be using a Naboso Neuro Ball and have the option to purchase one at a discount at the end of our time together.

This ball is recommended for:
Resetting the feet at the end of a long day or hard workout
Massaging foot muscles and minimizing arch pain associated with plantar fasciitis
Improving foot and leg recovery for healthy movement

Workshop will include lecture, then a 45 minute yoga practice using some basic gentle yoga body movements and self-myofascial release techniques, and Q&A.

You will learn a simple five minute daily routine that can help your feet and entire kinetic chain thrive!
