High Five Challenge
A high five has so much power. It's the power to make you feel like a rockstar, to tell someone that you're proud of them, and to send an 'I got your back' to a friend or partner. The energy transferred in this one moment is priceless.
Let's put that energy to work.
Here’s how it works:
Decide you’ll attend five classes per week.
Download and print this PDF (and see below)
Cut out the hand and put it somewhere you can see daily.
Cut out the cycle, yoga, strength, and dance icons.
Place them on the hand when you attend class.
Make sure you have THREE different modalities in your five.
When you’ve hit five, send a picture of it to info@fit2shinestudio.com with the subject “HIGH FIVE!”
When you hit your five, we’ll send a High Five back!
Keep doing it each week. Each person that hits TWO high-fives in the month will get a Fit2Shine Studio branded prize!
