High Five Challenge

A high five has so much power. It's the power to make you feel like a rockstar, to tell someone that you're proud of them, and to send an 'I got your back' to a friend or partner. The energy transferred in this one moment is priceless.

Let's put that energy to work.

Here’s how it works:

  • Decide you’ll attend five classes per week.

  • Download and print this PDF (and see below)

  • Cut out the hand and put it somewhere you can see daily.

  • Cut out the cycle, yoga, strength, and dance icons.

  • Place them on the hand when you attend class.

  • Make sure you have THREE different modalities in your five.

  • When you’ve hit five, send a picture of it to info@fit2shinestudio.com with the subject “HIGH FIVE!”

When you hit your five, we’ll send a High Five back!

Keep doing it each week. Each person that hits TWO high-fives in the month will get a Fit2Shine Studio branded prize!
