Rotary 4-Way Fit
Description
A practice in yoga principles specifically designed for Rotarians to take time to focus inward on self-care and self-reflection. They say you can't fill from an empty cup. With a mission of Service Above Self, we must also rely on self-preservation to be able to find peace within ourselves to be able to give to others. To be 4-Way fit, we focus on breathing, mindfulness, self-reflection, and the physical practice of yoga.
Registration
Time: Class is held on the last Sunday of each month from 7:15 - 8:15 PM
Location: Fit2Shine Studio, 52 West Main Street, New Market, MD
Registration: Please register on MINDBODY below. Choose VIRTUAL if you’d like to join online. The link will be sent to you 30 minutes before class.
