BARRE

Sculpt and stretch your way to stronger in this full-body fusion of ballet, Pilates, and strength training. High reps, tiny movements, BIG results—building muscular endurance that complements your other strength work. All levels welcome, no tutu required!

FLOW 2 FLEXIBILITY

Unwind and unlock your body in this 45-minute stretch session that leaves you longer, looser, and seriously relaxed. We combine dynamic movement with deep static holds to increase your range of motion—plus optional hands-on assists to help you go deeper (always with your permission). Perfect post-workout or pre-bedtime. Your tight hips will thank you. All levels welcome!

HIIT

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of high intensity and low impact exercise, followed by short strength and recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. This time includes warm up, 20-25 minutes of HIIT and 10-15 minutes of cool down. Be ready for a great full body workout!

QIGONG

Pronounced "chee-gung,’ this is an ancient Chinese practice that cultivates life energy through gentle movement, deep breathing, and flowing stretches. Think of it as moving meditation—calming your mind while energizing your body. Originally practiced by monks seeking harmony with nature, qigong reduces stress, improves focus, sharpens memory, and boosts vitality. The best part? You'll feel the benefits almost immediately. All bodies welcome—come find your balance and leave feeling deeply peaceful.

FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH

Build real-world power with weights, resistance, and bodyweight movements that make everyday life easier and injury-proof your body. This class focuses on muscular power—the perfect complement to the endurance work you get in Barre and Pilates. Get stronger, more flexible, and more agile so you can lift, carry, and move through life like the athlete you are. All levels welcome!

FLOW & RESTORE YOGA

Best of both worlds: start with flowing vinyasa to build strength, endurance, and flexibility as you link breath to movement. Then melt into deep restorative poses with props, blankets, and bolsters designed to release tension and detox from our overstimulated world. You'll leave feeling both energized and deeply relaxed—the ultimate reset. All levels welcome!

GROUNDED STRENGTH


Grounded Strength is where mindful movement meets purposeful power. Drawing from yoga-inspired flows and adding light weights, this class builds strength, stability, and body awareness in equal measure. You'll move with intention, breathe with purpose, and finish with grounding mindfulness practices that help you carry that sense of peace into the rest of your day. No previous experience needed—just bring an open mind and willingness to explore what strong feels like for you.

MINI & ME STRENGTH

A full-body workout designed for you AND your baby (3 months-2 years). Strap them on or stroll them along for a warm-up walk around Main Street, then return to the studio for functional strength, Pilates, Barre, and yoga moves that build real-life power. Need to lift that car seat? Carry a sleeping toddler upstairs? Chase after your kids without losing your breath? This is for you. Connect with other caregivers, bond with your little one, and leave feeling strong and empowered. All caregivers welcome—pay for one!

MAT PILATES

Sculpt, strengthen, and stretch your way to a leaner, stronger you. This low-impact class targets your core, glutes, hips, and pelvic floor through controlled movements that burn calories, improve posture, and bring yoga-like mindfulness to your practice. Leave feeling longer, stronger, and more connected to your body. See you on the mat!

VINYASA FLOW YOGA

Flow from pose to pose in this moving meditation where breath guides movement and movement follows breath. Build strength, freedom, and fluidity in both body and mind as you link intentional sequences together. Leave feeling centered, energized, and connected. All levels welcome!

RESTORATIVE YOGA

Turn your tension and stress into spa-like bliss in a Restorative class. Lounging on supportive bolsters and blankets allows your muscles to relax, your heart rate to lower, and your nervous system to let go. This class is ideal to relieve stress and tension in your body. It allows your body to rest and heal while letting go of the things that do not serve you. Perfect for all levels, including students with injuries, restricted movement, physical limitations, and stress.
