Kids will build strength, balance, and coordination while learning simple mindfulness tools that help them feel grounded, confident, and calm. Each class encourages imagination, self-expression, and positive friendships in a safe and nurturing space.
Whether your child is brand new to yoga or already loves to move, this class offers a fun and welcoming experience for all.
All experience levels welcome.

Drop-off / pick-up class
