Taught by E-RYT 500/YACEP certified instructor Christine Dance, this informal 90-minute workshop will dig into the background and purpose of yoga, then break down common poses so you understand the most appropriate and effective ways to get in and out of them. This class is for completely new students as well as students who have been curious if they're "doing it right." It could even be a good reminder for those who need to get back to basics. We'll have tea, instruction, and a period of 'Q&A' with Christine. Then a few minutes of introduction to our studio for those who are brand new and recommendations for classes that make sense for your next steps.
