This informal four-week workshop series with Christine Dance will cover common poses and teach basic alignment, as well as ways to modify or adapt poses for your body's needs. This is a chance to ask questions and practice with postures and breath work. It will prepare you to feel confident and independent to attend a variety of yoga classes in the studio and practice at home. This workshop is designed for the beginner OR returning student that is looking for smaller class size, more detailed instruction, and the opportunity for increased individual attention and support. All ages and abilities welcome. No need for prior yoga or fitness experience to join. The class will progress each week, so students must sign up for all four weeks.
