Equal parts science and spirit, Yin Yoga and meditation can be experienced as a practice of optimal well-being for the whole self. Combining the two practices creates powerful possibilities for transformation and holistic healing on all layers of being—body, mind, and heart.

In this 90 minute workshop, Elizabeth will offer meditation practices that will steady the mind, reduce stress and anxiety, and promote clarity, relaxation, and being more present. Meditation creates space for consciousness. The physical practice of yin creates space in the body to enhance the energy system which refreshes, stimulates, and rebalances the flow of our vital life force known as prana or qi.
