Just in time for back to school and navigating distance learning, introducing middle school yoga. This 4-week series is designed for middle school students and will take place on Thursday evenings from 5-5:45 with Chrissy. Bring them from computer chaos to peace and calming.
Social distancing WILL be in place with special spots and class is limited to a total of eight students per series. We're offering FOUR classes Thursdays at 5 PM from 9/10-10/1, but you're only paying for THREE, so if your schedule doesn't allow you to make all of them, don't stress! We understand. If you can make all of them, then bonus! Cost is $45. Sign up on MINDBODY using the ENROLLMENTS tab. We must have 6 students signed up before 9/3 to run the class. If this fills up, we will happily add another to accommodate our yogi friends!

This series is designed for middle school kids that are living in a fast-paced, device-driven world. This yoga practice witll help them disconnect from the cell phones and connect with their bodies through yoga poses, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices to help them thrive physically, socially, and emotionally.
Our kids yoga instructors are trained by Resilient Kids Yoga and Mindfulness, a brain-based training program designed to support social emotional skills, emotional regulation, motor skills, focus and concentration, positive self-image, and self-care strategies through the practice of Yoga and Mindfulness.
