Our Fit2Shine Studio 200-hour teacher training program is designed to deepen your practice, enliven your soul, and share the gift of yoga with others. This program starts September 18th and includes nine weekends and nine Wednesday evenings, ending in May of 2021.
Over the course of the 200 hours of training, students will:
Learn anatomy and alignment and how to effectively teach and cue over 50 asanas
Create beginner, intermediate, and themed based Vinyasa and Gentle yoga classes
Understand how to use modifications and props to enhance yoga classes.
Develop their authentic voice on and off the mat.
Explore the basics of the history of yoga, philosophy of yoga, chakras, and Ayurveda and how these principles apply to daily life and yoga practice.
Experience various ways to practice, deepen, and effectively guide meditation
Sample specialty classes in strength-based, kids, partner, restorative, and prenatal yoga classes
Qualify you to register with Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher at the 200-hour level

Cost is $2,900 with $300 deposit due at the time of registration and a payment plan for the remaining balance. $2,600 if paid in full upfront before 7/1/20.
