Join Christine Di Monte for a hip hop themed flow and then relax and restore R&B style. This mixed format class brings you the best of both worlds. Begin with a vinyasa class that allows for a continuous flow to link breath with movement while building strength, endurance, balance and flexibility. Then enjoy deep relaxation in Restorative Yoga postures designed to release tension and detoxify from over-stimulation in a fast-paced world. Using props, blankets, and bolsters, yoga postures and breathing exercises are sequenced to restore your body slowly without resistance.
Cost is a normal drop-in or one of your passes. Offered both in-studio (limited to nine students) and unlimited online.
