If you have stiffness, limited flexibility, or aches and pains, then this is the workshop for you! You will be guided through an All levels Vinyasa Flow practice, stretching and cool down self-myofascial techniques, and a series of Yin and Restorative postures to help ease and eliminate pain, dramatically increase mobility, and leave you feeling refreshed, and recharged. We will use therapy balls, blocks, straps, bolsters, and blankets to explore various techniques to manipulate your muscles and fascia to restore the body and mind. You will leave feeling balanced, empowered, refreshed, and relaxed. This two-hour workshop is $45 for an in-studio-only experience.
