This informal four-week workshop series will cover common poses and teach basic alignment, as well as ways to modify or adapt poses for your body's needs. This is a chance to ask questions and practice with postures and breath work. It will prepare you to feel confident and independent to attend a variety of yoga classes in the studio and practice at home.
This series is designed for the beginner OR returning student looking for smaller class size, more detailed instruction, and individual attention and support. All ages and abilities are welcome. No need for prior yoga or fitness experience to join. There will be progression each week so students must sign up for all five weeks. No drop-ins. Cost is $75 for 5 weeks.
