If you have stiffness, limited mobility, or aches and pains, then this is the workshop for you! Come learn self-myofascial techniques to help ease and eliminate pain, dramatically increase mobility, and leave you feeling refreshed & recharged. You will learn what self-myofascial release is all about, how it works, and how to incorporate it into your daily routine. We will use balls, blocks, and blankets to explore various techniques to manipulate your muscles and fascia that will leave you feeling balanced, empowered, refreshed, and relaxed to better live the life you love! This two-hour workshop will be taught by Doctor of Physical Therapy and yoga instructors, Melissa Oleson. The cost is $35 if you sign up before 11/29 and $45 after.
