SMRT Core & Flow Workshop

Foam roller- friend or foe?!? We say friend! Get SMRT with your foam roller! This two-hour workshop combines the benefits of self-myofascial release, core strengthening, and yoga to improve performance in sport and in life while relieving tension and stress in the body and mind. On the mat, you'll use a block, ball, and foam roller for self-massage partnered with breathing and flow. Perfect for both athletes and those with a sedentary lifestyle. The only prerequisite is that you have a body and an open mind. Immediately following the workshop, we will host an optional 20 minute guided meditation to finish and send you on your way.

Price is $40 and includes the use of the block, foam roller, and therapy balls. Please bring your own mat. Register prior to 4/21 and receive 2 therapy balls to keep! Space is limited to 12 participants, so sign up now to reserve your spot.
